This is done by creating budgets and setting goals for cash flow analysis, debt reduction if applicable, banking options, bidding of applicable overhead expenses to reduce costs, accounting software viability and employee review. We create a one page business plan (OPBP) with the overall company’s mission and vision statements. Then we construct the objectives, strategies and action plans to execute the OPBP for the company as a whole, and in addition for each department.
